Accessing Student Information System

If first time user, read or print instructions (2 & 3) below before accessing Student Web link.

1. Click here to enter: Student Web.
2. Select "Enter Secure Area." You will be asked for your User ID and PIN number. Your User ID is your social security number (entered with no spaces or hyphens) or generated ID number, beginning with the "@" symbol. Your PIN number is your birth date, entered as a 6-digit number (2-digit month, 2-digit day, 2-digit year). If your birth date has not been provided, your PIN will be the last 6 digits of your social security number or generated ID number.
3. Once you have entered your User ID and PIN, click on "Log in." You will then be asked to reset your PIN number as a security measure. Use a 6-digit number for your "new PIN".
   
   Three unsuccessful attempts to access the Student Web will disable your account. If this should occur, please send an e-mail to the College to have your PIN reset: claremont@ccsnh.edu or lhanson@ccsnh.edu.

NOTE: Grade mailers are not routinely mailed out at the end of the semester. You may access your final grades (once posted) as well as your class schedule and unofficial transcript via the Student Web.

If you need a copy of your schedule or a grade report mailed to you, please contact the Registrar's Office at the College. If you need an official or unofficial transcript, you will need to complete a Transcript Release Authorization Form available at the College and on the Campus website.
