The Massage Therapy Certificate Program at River Valley Community College prepares the student to take the National Exam given by the National Certification Board by Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), and the New Hampshire State Practical Exam. Day and Evening options are available in the fall semester. To be succesful in the field of Massage Therapy, graduates must integrate academic knowledge and manual dexterity with development of fitness level, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial skills, sensitivity and compassion.
